Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Harbor Transit Planning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 371 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in service alerts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
