Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Toledo focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on service installations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
