Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Facilities and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer sites and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
