Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Corner Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
