Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge North Property Management looks after rental homes across the Toledo area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent collection. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
