Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Thistle Housing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on repair requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
