Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tampa, FL)

Lumen Orchard Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Tampa focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. We invest in training. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in outage reports and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer tickets. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
