Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Tampa, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Investigate trends in guest bookings and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on group events. • Python or R for analysis.
