Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tampa, FL)

Bright Orchard Farms Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on packing house output. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
