Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Forge Hospitality and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on group events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
