Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tampa, FL)

Bright Quill Legal Group Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
