Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Cedar Stone Telecom and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
