Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Bright Linden Facilities Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Investigate trends in safety inspections and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
