Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Granite Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the St. Louis area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
