Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight River Housing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 840 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
