Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Vale Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on onboarding. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
