Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Nova Basin Banking Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in fraud alerts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on branch operations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
