Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight North Pharma Partners supports drug development and manufacturing around St. Louis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
