Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Spokane, WA)

Foxglove Ember Housing manages affordable housing communities across Spokane, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in rent assistance and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on repair requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
