Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge Birch Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Spokane presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in exhibitions and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on event logistics. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
