Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Forge Transit Planning and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in service alerts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on accessibility audits. • Python or R for analysis.
