Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Fern Care Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
