Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Wren Energy is an energy provider in Seattle focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in service connections and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on usage data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
