Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Beacon Community Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
