Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Seattle, WA)

Northwind Cedar Civic Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in case files and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on budget submissions. • Python or R for analysis.
