Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 973 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent collection. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
