Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Savannah, GA)

Bright Vale Markets Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in pricing and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
