Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Rowan Banking Services is a regional lender in Savannah with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on branch operations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
