Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Clear Freight and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. We reward reliability. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on claims. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
