Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Wren Farms and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
