Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Savannah, GA)

Bright Orchard Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in hardship programmes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
