Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ashton Care Services Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
