Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Savannah, GA)

Stonegate Union Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Savannah, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer sites and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
