Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Field Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around San Jose, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident services. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
