Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Ridge Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 977 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on student accounts. • Python or R for analysis.
