Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Quill Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Antonio with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in supplier orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
