Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Keystone Facilities and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in safety inspections and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
