Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Willow Pharma Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in quality documentation and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on batch records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
