Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (San Antonio, TX)

Nova Ember Housing manages affordable housing communities across San Antonio, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease compliance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
