Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (San Antonio, TX)

Silverline Meridian Legal Group is a San Antonio practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
