Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Facilities Group is a facilities company in San Antonio with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 296 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
