Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Vista Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the San Antonio area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 437 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Investigate trends in school calendars and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on learning materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
