Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (San Antonio, TX)

Westbrook Pike Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Antonio, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
