Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (San Antonio, TX)

Bright North Early Learning is an early-learning provider in San Antonio, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 660 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in licensing records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
