Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Rowan Health Group is a healthcare provider in San Antonio with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
