Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Sable Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Salt Lake City region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on onboarding. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
