Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Ashton Civic Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in constituent requests and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
