Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
