Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Sable Staffing is a Sacramento staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on client orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
