Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Sacramento, CA)

Highbridge Meridian Health Group is a healthcare provider in Sacramento with clinics and support teams, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
